1776 by David Burke featuring Topgolf Swing Suite brings a modern, hip dining experience to Morristown, NJ. The menu with his specialty dishes and approachable, world-class menu is second to none. Seasonal foods are presented with an elevated flare that creates an exciting happening place full of fun and energy. It is a classy and whimsical dining experience with craft cocktails, and a superior international wine list, all in a dramatic and beautiful setting. 

The 1776 Topgolf Swing Suite located on the opposite side of 1776 by David Burke will be a great place to practice golf swings, hold corporate events, celebrate birthdays, or just relax with friends and family while enjoying great food and drinks created by David Burke.

Chef David Burke has developed a menu for 1776 that features hand-selected recipes for a world-class culinary experience. He is hands on with our brand and lends advice and event ideas centered around his cooking, including a one-of-a-kind rolling cart brunch, custom cocktails, shared plates, and opportunities to dine with him at 1776 by David Burke’s Chef’s Table.

Experiencing Our Event Spaces

With our delectable menu and emphasis on entertainment, 1776 by David Burke is an ideal location for your next event. We have a wide range of event spaces to suit all kinds of gatherings, from corporate meetups to private, intimate get-togethers. Some of our reservable areas include:

  • The Liberty Lounge: This room has a large screen to accommodate presentations and or entertainment as well as an elegant bar. It is located between the 1776 by David Burke restaurant and our Topgolf Swing Suite. This area can also flex into an extension to parties in our Topgolf Swing Suite and or as an individual event space. 
  • The Grand Suite: Double Occupancy of our TopGolf Swing Suite that can be sectioned off for semi-private or corporate parties.
  • The Fountain: An outdoor lounge area overlooking the Green and surrounding the beautiful historical restored 1776 fountain.

The Topgolf Swing Suite and More

In addition to our Top Chef cuisine, 1776 by David Burke is also home to Topgolf Swing Suite. This unique area is furnished with simulators from Topgolf with Full Swing technology, creating a space that allows golfers to tee off at premier courses from around the world. The technology can also flex into a suite for business presentations, watch parties and other fun Topgolf Swing Suite games such as: Baseball Pitching, Zombie Dodgeball, Soccer, Hockey Shots & QB Challenge.
